Lester V. Coombs was born in Emerald in Queensland, he is a fifth generation Australian with a history of involvement in all forms of show business. Other than the fact that he sings and plays guitar and is very funny, he is renowned for his exceptional creativity. He has recorded 16 albums, had a 10 album deal with SONY Music, 2 number 1 singles and 4 hit records, 287 television appearances and 1500 Concerts under his own name. Lester then wrote, produced and directed nine Musical Theatre Productions. He has spent the last 15 years writing and producing shows on the magnificent Sydney 2000 for visitors to Australia, under the auspices of Captain Cook Cruises. He recently recorded a CD called "The Grandfather Singer" aimed at small children and their Grandparents, and wrote a book called 'The Land Of Imaginitis' to accompany the CD.
Lester has just re-recorded his two biggest hits "I'm Fine Thank You" and "It Ain't My Fault".
